A public service council is seeking two Audit & Risk Trainees. In this hybrid role, you'll support audits, develop data analytics tools, and contribute to fraud investigations. You'll also undertake a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Data Analysis, gaining mentoring and opportunities to progress within the Council. Ideal candidates are curious, detail-oriented, and ready to embrace responsibilities regarding their development. This position offers a starting salary of £28,598, with the potential to rise to £35,412 pro rata for part-time roles.

We’re looking for two Audit & Risk Trainees who are curious, analytical and eager to learn to join the Audit & Risk Team.
In this hands‑on role you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality audit risk insurance and counter‑fraud services, helping to ensure integrity and accountability across the Council. You will also complete a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Data Analysis.
