£22,000 - £32,000 + Study Support • Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Audit Junior – The Opportunity

A growing firm in the West Midlands is seeking an enthusiastic Audit Junior to join their team. This role is perfect for a part-qualified ACCA candidate with at least 12 months' practice experience who wants to develop their career as an Audit Junior. As an Audit Junior, you will gain hands-on experience working on a variety of client audits and receive full support to complete your ACCA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivering statutory audits.
• Carry out audit fieldwork such as substantive and control testing.
• Prepare audit documentation and support financial statement preparation under UK GAAP.
• Liaise with clients directly to gather information and resolve queries.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 12 months' experience in an accountancy practice, ideally with some audit exposure.
• Part-qualified ACCA student, actively progressing through studies.
• Familiarity with Sage, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
