You'll be joining a collaborative audit team that partners with a broad portfolio of clients, from ambitious owner‑managed businesses to established national organisations. This isn't a place where you'll get lost in the hierarchy; it's a supportive environment where your input is valued and your work has real impact.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading audits from planning through to completion, ensuring high‑quality delivery every time.
  • Managing your own client portfolio, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Reviewing work prepared by seniors and juniors, offering constructive feedback and mentoring where needed.
  • Preparing budgets, managing workloads, and ensuring key deadlines are met.
  • Supporting clients with broader advisory needs and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Staying up to date with accounting standards (FRS 102, SORP, etc.) and ensuring best practice across your audits.
What you’ll bring:
  • ACA or ACCA qualification with solid post‑qualification audit experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and a sound understanding of risk‑based auditing.
  • Confidence in managing teams and reviewing work effectively.
  • Excellent communication and client‑handling skills; you’re approachable, proactive, and commercially aware.
  • Organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
What’s in it for you:
  • Hybrid working with flexible core hours, and two home‑working days per week after your 6‑month probation.
  • Salary of up to £52,000 DOE.
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days.
  • A competitive salary and recognition programmes for exceptional performance.
  • Clear progression paths, with structured development and support to help you reach your next career milestone.
  • Access to a 24‑hour Employee Assistance Programme including counselling and virtual GP services for you and your family.
