Job Overview

Flame Health’s Audiology division is recruiting on behalf of a leading optical and hearing care group for an experienced and patient-focused Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join their practices in Surrey.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious clinician who is motivated by high clinical standards, ethical patient care, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a quality-driven, family-orientated organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting audiometric and otoscopic assessments in line with HCPC and company standards
  • Ensuring all equipment is calibrated and compliant with current requirements
  • Selecting, demonstrating, and fitting hearing aids to meet individual patient needs
  • Completing service, rehabilitation, and re-fitting appointments in a timely manner
  • Taking accurate aural impressions for the manufacture of hearing aids
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and professional standards
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Pre-Registered HAD
  • Current HCPC registration
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Competent IT skills for use of audiometric equipment and clinical systems
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Patient-focused approach with ethical sales awareness
Salary & Benefits
  • Starting salary from £42,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Uncapped commission and bonus structure (circa £120,000 OTE)
