Are you ready to take your AV career to the next level? Join a forward-thinking, fast-growing company delivering next-generation digital and audio-visual experiences for some of the biggest names in the automotive and retail sectors.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead AV installations across the UK—from first fix to final commissioning
  • Conduct site surveys, assess technical needs, and scope resource requirements
  • Collaborate with in-house teams and trusted subcontractors, acting as crew leader
  • Provide audio and lighting programming support and post-install servicing
  • Brief partners, manage risk, and make smart on-the-ground decisions
  • Support the onboarding of new engineers and subcontractors
  • Deliver service visits in line with SLAs and high-profile client expectations
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years' experience installing professional AV systems
  • Great communicator – comfortable working in a client-facing, field-based role
  • Strong understanding of AV tech: LCD/LED displays, video over IP, conferencing systems, video matrix, audio control
  • Solid grasp of networking, IP-based AV, and fault-finding
  • Familiar with Crestron, Q-SYS, or BiAmp? That's a big plus!
Bonus Skills & Certs:
  • CSCS/ECS card
  • IPAF & PASMA
  • First Aid trained
  • Full UK driving licence
Schedule & Travel:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Expect UK-wide travel and overnight stays (All travel and accommodation arranged in advance)
