A healthcare organization is seeking an Administrator / Audio Typist to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support. This temporary position involves audio typing medical reports, managing patient bookings, and maintaining clinical diaries. Ideal candidates should have audio typing skills, excellent IT knowledge, and preferably NHS experience. This role provides flexible shifts across various Trusts and opportunities for professional development.
Job Title: Administrator / Audio Typist
Location: Child Development Centre, Sandy Lane, Warrington, WA2 9HY
Hours: 22.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday 9.00am – 12.30pm
Trust Location: Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of extension
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
