Job description

Job Title: Administrator / Audio Typist

Location: Child Development Centre, Sandy Lane, Warrington, WA2 9HY

Hours: 22.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday 9.00am – 12.30pm

Trust Location: Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of extension

What you’ll be responsible for
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the community clinics and associated health professionals and will actively participate and contribute to the development of the service
  • Audio type medical reports which will contain medical / clinical terminology and general correspondence as indicated
  • management of the patient booking system to include building of clinic sessions, Management of waiting lists and breaches, data cleansing
  • M maintain an effective photocopying, filing and archiving system including records management in line with Trust policies
  • Manage / book clinic and meeting rooms within the premises and keep room availability updated as appropriate;
  • Manage, update and maintain clinical diaries as requested

This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
