A leading Academy in the UK is seeking an organised Attendance and Safeguarding Administrator. This role involves supporting the Safeguarding and Attendance Officer in maintaining student welfare and attendance, delivering administrative support, and interacting professionally with students and families. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and adept with IT. 22-22.5 hours per week, spread across 3 days (specific days to be agreed with the successful candidate). Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-4:00pm. We are seeking to appoint an organised and proactive Attendance and Safeguarding Administrator to support the Safeguarding, Attendance and Wellbeing Officer and Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) in ensuring the safety, welfare and attendance of students in Years 7-13. The role involves delivering efficient administrative support across safeguarding and attendance procedures, working with staff and external agencies, and providing a professional, helpful service to students, families and visitors. The ideal candidate will be confident using a range of IT packages and will bring a warm and professional approach to all interactions. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. A positive, adaptable mindset, along with the ability to remain calm, organised and focused in a busy environment, is essential.

Salary: Scale 4 SCP 7-11, dependent on skills. £26,403 - £28,142 FTE. Pro-rated to £13,623 - £14,520 (22 hours, term-time only).
