Overview

We have an exciting growth opportunity for an experienced RICS registered Project Manager to join our Commercial Project Management team within our London-based Building Consultancy. You will support the development of a credible business stream and manage key client projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget and scope. You will also mentor and train junior members in a busy London team of four, part of a national team of eight.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of project management: procurement, design, construction, occupancy, quality control, staffing, and budget management.
  • Set up project teams, produce consultant RFPs, manage consultants from inception to completion, negotiate appointment terms and fees.
  • Engage with clients to define project requirements and establish project work plans and deadlines.
  • Track progress against goals, objectives, timelines and budgets; generate status reports.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to prescribed budgets.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the project team; facilitate client meetings regarding project matters.
  • Line‑manage staff and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Produce fee proposals, bid documents and processes for new projects.
  • Keep abreast of best practice within the industry by maintaining contact with peers in other market sectors.
Qualifications
  • Registered with RICS, MAPM, CIOB or equivalent professional body.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, integrity, can‑do attitude and flexible approach.
  • Competent with MS Office and hold a full clean driving licence.
