  • Support the product lifecycle for development of our Shawbrook App from concept to delivery ensuring timely releases with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers and UX specialists to deliver high-quality products.
  • Contribute to innovation across the product portfolio with a focus on customer experience simplicity and scalability.
  • Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance and Marketing to deliver seamless and secure digital experiences.
  • Translate customer insights, data analytics and market trends into actionable product decisions.
  • Assist in driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention through differentiated product offerings.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product development discussions.
  • Ensure all product development is compliant with regulatory frameworks and aligned with industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement and performance-driven outcomes.
Qualifications
