About you and this role

You will operate assigned plant equipment and areas, ensuring safe, reliable, and optimal performance. This role requires proactive problem‑solving, collaboration with shift teams, and adherence to operating discipline standards. You may also mentor and train less experienced operators.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor process equipment, conditions, and control systems.
  • Perform scheduled and unplanned operational tasks.
  • Conduct effective shift handovers and maintain qualifications.
  • Mentor and train team members on processes and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in investigations and improvement initiatives.
  • Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance as per policy.

Qualifications

  • Production Unit certifications typically required.
  • Operator Process Technology or related field plus process operations, manufacturing or other related experience preferred. In lieu of degree, equivalent years of experience required.

Your Skills

  • Operator progression is managed at the site level.
  • Must utilize discretionary time for skill development and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with safety standards, Incoterms, and payment terms is beneficial.
