A healthcare organization in Hull is looking for a qualified Associate Nurse Practitioner registered with the NMC. The successful candidate will assess patient care needs, implement care programmes, and supervise staff. The position offers part-time and flexible working options. Candidates must have NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and experience managing complex health issues.

You will be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs and development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care, both for a specific group of patients as the named care provider and in supporting the care of all patients. As a Nurse you will assist in the management and organisation of work as required, ensuring effective communication is maintained at all times, providing support for junior staff.
We aim to be flexible in matching your availability with our work patterns and the needs of the service and therefore we are also able to offer part time and flexible working options.
You will play a key role in the supervision and assessment of all learners and unregistered staff, providing a teaching role and acting as a named supervisor.
Using your clinical experience and skills you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of programmes of care, both for a specific group of patients as the named care provider and in supporting the care of all patients on the ward / unit. You will assist in the management and organisation of work, as required, ensuring effective communication is maintained at all times and will provide support for junior staff on the ward (newly qualified staff will receive initial support). You will play a key role in the education, development, mentorship and supervision and assessment of all learners and unregistered staff. You will undertake nursing interventions consistent with evidence based practice, transferring and applying knowledge and skills to meet patients\' needs.
