Are you passionate about manufacturing systems and driving process improvements? We’re looking for an Associate Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Champion our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and support change management initiatives.
  • Provide MES advice and consultancy across the business.
  • Maintain product processing data in MES and BOM/routing data in ERP systems.
  • Test, maintain, and modify existing manufacturing systems.
  • Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring system readiness.
  • Analyse data and present findings in clear reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers, operations, and other internal teams.
  • Propose and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects to support strategic goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years in a high-quality manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP/MES applications (e.g., Opcenter, QAD, SAP).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to new technical and quality skills.
