This role offers more than just managing files - you'll play a key role in shaping our local law practice. You'll lead and coordinate our conveyancing team, handle a wide range of property transactions, and provide general advice to clients on complex property, wills & estates and general commercial law matters. With the backing of a supportive and dynamic firm, you'll have the opportunity to lead a strong team. We're looking for an Associate Lawyer with 2+ years of PAE in Property and General Law to join our growing team, working primarily out of our Sunbury office. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and coordinate a talented team of conveyancers while managing your own high-quality property and general law matters., You have a proven track record in:

  • Managing matters end-to-end, including advice, negotiation, and litigation
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Negotiating settlements and deliver practical, client-focused solutions
  • Supervising and guiding legal staff and conveyancers to support their professional growth
  • Maintaining effective client relationships and clear communication throughout matters.
