Overview

Join us at Entrust

At Entrust, we’re shaping the future of identity centric security solutions. From our comprehensive portfolio of solutions to our flexible, global workplace, we empower careers, foster collaboration, and build solutions that help keep the world moving safely.

Get to Know Us

Headquartered in Minnesota, Entrust is an industry leader in identity-centric security solutions, serving over 150 countries with cutting-edge, scalable technologies. Our people are our secret weapon—curiosity, dedication, and innovation drive our success and help us anticipate the future.

You’ll join the team leading Entrust Identity, including the solutions formerly Onfido (AI-powered digital identity solution). With the completed acquisition, Entrust now provides the industry’s most comprehensive portfolio of AI-powered, identity-centric security solutions.

Our technology helps businesses verify real identities using AI and biometrics, ensuring secure remote customer and business onboarding. By assessing government-issued IDs and facial biometrics with dashboards and fraud signals, we provide companies with the assurance they need to operate securely while allowing people to access services quickly and safely.

We’re looking for an Associate Product Designer to join our Studio Adoption team. The Studio Adoption team accelerates product-led growth by reducing friction and increasing confidence in our flagship product. We verify a person is who they say they are when signing up for a new service (like an online bank account), usually with a photo of a government issued ID, and a quick scan of their face. Studio enables our customers to manage their integrations, fraud detection, and understand and action the results from these checks, to ensure good users are onboarded quickly and effectively, while blocking potential fraudsters.

You’ll join a mature and collaborative Product and Design team who values creativity, initiative, and having fun while we work. As an Associate Designer, we understand you may be early in your career, so we’ll provide learning opportunities, mentorship, and support as you develop. You’ll start by delivering smaller, well-scoped pieces of work and as you build confidence, you’ll take on more responsibility and greater challenges.

Don’t worry if you’ve never been through a professional interview before, we’ll support you throughout the process to ensure you are comfortable and prepared.

What you’ll do at Entrust

  • Engage in all stages of the user research and product design process. You’ll start with smaller tasks with the guidance of your manager and alongside a mentor, then grow to take on more challenging work independently.
  • Collaborate on problems with experts in different fields ranging from user researchers to fraud specialists.
  • Work with the user research team to understand the needs of our customers and users and design intuitive and delightful solutions for them.
  • Deliver designs using our design system and work with the engineering team to bring them to life.
  • Join workshops and critique sessions to bring forward new ideas and continuously improve our products and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • You have 0-3 years of experience in design, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
  • You can share examples of design work completed with others, whether that’s through internships, professional work, student work, or side-projects.
  • You’re passionate about design and creative problem-solving.
  • You have some experience with design software (e.g. Figma).
  • You are familiar with design techniques and methodologies.
  • You understand visual design fundamentals (e.g., layout, type, colour, and fonts).
  • You have a strong desire to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good communication skills and an ability to present your ideas clearly.
  • You’ve worked with a team to deliver software.

Please note this is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our London office.
