The Opportunity: As an Associate Infrastructure Engineer, specialising in highways and drainage, you will have the opportunity to lead on the design and delivery of major infrastructure projects, including a long-term strategic housing scheme in Hampshire. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business, manage client relationships directly, and take responsibility for both the technical quality of work and the development of your team. This role is ideal for an experienced Principal Engineer looking to step into Associate level, or an existing Associate seeking a new challenge with scope to shape projects, influence design, and grow into a more senior leadership position over time. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Split time between the Aldershot office (minimum 3 days) and project work in Hampshire (1 day per week in Waterlooville).
