Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead drafting of expert witness reports for dispute resolution.
• Develop strategies to recover performance on distressed projects.
• Assess project records to establish quantum related to claims/disputes.
• Conduct forensic analysis of tender, contract, and claims documentation.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, including chairing meetings.
• Analyze project performance to identify root causes of issues.
• Provide strategic advice throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Proactively manage cash flow.
• Support and mentor junior staff.
• Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
