Responsibilities
  • Act as Principal Designer on a range of major projects across sectors including commercial, residential, and infrastructure.
  • Lead the delivery of CDM advisory services, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Provide strategic input to clients, supporting them in managing design risk and health and safety obligations.
  • Oversee and mentor a growing team of consultants, driving professional development and excellence.
  • Support business development activities, contributing to bids and client presentations.
  • Represent the business as a senior leader, contributing to overall strategy and growth.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in a Principal Designer / CDM role, ideally with consultancy background.
  • In-depth knowledge of CDM Regulations and related legislation.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value projects and lead client engagement.
  • Chartered Membership (CMIOSH, RICS, CIOB, or similar) preferred.
