Anderselite are working with a client who is a well-respected and an established planning consultancy known for its expertise in planning, development economics, and design throughout the UK. They have built a strong reputation by providing expert advice to major developers and house-builders on complex and high-profile projects across England and Wales. As an Associate Director within the Cardiff Planning team, you will lead and contribute to the successful delivery of significant projects involving strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for a variety of private and public sector clients.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to the growth and development of an established and successful office. Ideal candidate will have;

MRTPI qualified with a minimum of six years experience in planning

Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record in both forward planning and development management

Comprehensive knowledge of planning legislation and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work

Exceptional analytical and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels

Confident in client-facing situations and skilled in managing projects from conception to completion

Experience working within the local area
