A leading professional services firm in London seeks an Associate Director to spearhead HR transformation projects, leveraging AI technology. You will be responsible for leading teams, managing client relationships, and providing strategic HR insights. Candidates should have significant experience in HR functions, transformation management, and excellent communication skills. This role offers hybrid working arrangements.

As an Associate Director, you\'ll play a key role in shaping the strategic development of our HR Transformation team, working closely with Directors and Partners. You will identify and develop significant new business opportunities, focusing on building senior client relationships within Human Capital, specifically around the impact and opportunities of AI. This includes advising clients on responsible AI implementation, addressing ethical considerations, and mitigating potential risks. You will build eminence in the market, supporting the firm\'s growth ambitions by building and leading high-performance teams.
To be successful in this role, you will be a subject matter expert leading multiple, high-profile projects and bids, whilst developing innovative thought leadership. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business and also help recruit the best people, coach and support them whilst driving activity such as proposition development and marketing.
