Job description

Fantastic opportunity available for an Associate Director to join our client, a dynamic and fast-growing fiduciary services provider, to assist in the development of their funds services division, helping to drive the business forward and supporting their planned growth strategy.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new Real Estate and Private Equity Funds, and will be involved in managing client relationships. There will also be client Directorship responsibility.

It is essential that applicants have a strong financial services background with demonstrable experience in a senior position within Real Estate or Private Equity / Trust and Company, preferably with some knowledge or exposure to corporate structures and SPV administration. Applicants must be able to understand complex transactions and structures and to be able to effectively communicate this in a clear and meaningful way. You will also need to be familiar with statutory requirements and corporate governance matters and be proficient in ensuring client board meetings for various purposes are organised on the agreed basis, as well as on an ad-hoc basis for clients in the team, such as the acquisition and disposal of investments, admitting new investors or amendments to material fund documentation.
