At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernise the mission‑critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. We are always moving forward – pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest‑growing business within the organisation and instrumental to its strategic growth objectives. As a Consult Partner you will lead multi‑disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, creating and positioning strategic change agendas across Kyndryl’s largest accounts. You will drive profitable growth, build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success in a transaction environment, including pre‑deal and post‑deal planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Profitable Growth: Drive significant financial outcomes through signing and revenue targets (c. £12‑15m per annum in volume for Consult sales) and oversee managed revenue, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.
  • Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities.
  • Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements while ensuring profitability and mitigating risk.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, be the ‘go‑to’ trusted advisor of senior executives, lead C‑level interactions, and deliver deal engagement outputs.
  • Enhance client satisfaction as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development; secure client references.
  • Operational Excellence: Achieve individual and team utilisation targets, design complex engagements, oversee delivery, and act as the escalation point for delivery engagements.
  • Lead by example; foster a culture of continuous professional development and encourage curiosity and innovation.
Strategic Contribution

Utilise industry and technology expertise to shape and drive corporate or public‑sector initiatives, demonstrating effective financial acumen and managing high‑value business development activities with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience, with a strong industry focus in the Public Sector.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology.
  • Proven ability to innovate, drive change, and deliver large‑scale digital transformation engagements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating insights at both working and C‑level gravitas.
  • Leadership experience including mentoring, managing teams, and delivering outcomes in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience

Productivity skills: Advanced PowerPoint, Word & Excel to create polished deliverables; proficiency in producing proposals, SOWs and meeting consult‑management system compliance. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex client and internal environments. Critical thinking to analyse data, provide strategic roadmaps and stay accountable for commitments.
