With over 90 social channels and millions of hours of audience engagement were entering a new era of unskippable content and audience-first storytelling. The Associate Delivery Manager works into the Senior Delivery Manager supporting the delivery of social content and projects across our portfolio of Fandom brands to time budget and scope.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
  • Managing small to medium size projects or workstreams as part of larger projects.
  • Monitoring timelines leading status meetings and owning project management documentation.
  • Working closely with Senior Delivery Managers and Delivery Managers on portfolio of brand / IP projects from original commissions campaigns web projects and talent projects.
  • Managing and reconciling budget lines as part of wider Digital Division budgets
  • Sharing assets for Compliance approval.
  • End-to-end project management of digital and print production processes relating to Top Gear magazine.
  • Helping gather activities from various teams to update our team roadmap across Top Gear.
  • Supporting delivery management of assets compliance & paperwork on Original productions.
  • Working closely with Senior Delivery and Delivery Manager to ensure end-to-end processes are followed.
  • Holding stakeholders to account for feedback and approvals to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Supporting with queries & Rightsline updates from CDM team.
  • Supporting with any queries that involve looking up data in various systems around the business CDM GLAM CILS Rightsline
  • Co-ordinating assets and deliverables between Indie Production companies and internal business teams
  • Booking voice over recordings and assisting with logistics relating to Top Gear video shoots.
  • Booking in edit time where necessary.

  • Understanding of stakeholders delivery progress and challenges
  • Understanding of delivery methods and an interest in learning different agile practices and approaches to team working
  • Has an awareness of the financial impact of the work we do and able to act as a point of contact for contracted suppliers
