A leading technology firm in Greater London is seeking an Associate Consultant to join their Customer Success team. In this role, you'll leverage your technical skills to build and deploy applications on a low-code platform, driving business solutions for clients. You'll work closely with customers to analyse their needs, ensuring comprehensive support and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in engineering or computer science, with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.

As an Appian Associate Consultant, you’ll build and deploy web‑based applications on the Appian platform to support our customers’ business strategies. You’re an expert on our software; from implementing the first business process management application to scaling up the program across the enterprise, you will bring our low‑code platform to life.
We asked one of our current Associate Consultants what a typical day looks like for them, here’s what they said:
“When you start as an Associate Consultant you’ll help build applications to solve a client’s business need. Building the application includes everything from a kickoff meeting to understand the client (their business and the problem we’re solving) as well as planning and executing the technical process and working out the steps we need to take to reach completion. We call this a project.”
“When working on a project you’ll regularly meet and collaborate with other Appian consultants working on the same project as you to define the work that needs to be done to build out the application. You work on one project at a time in a development team. Development is predominantly done in Appian SAIL and we use the Appian platform to make these applications – it’s pretty cool we have our own purpose built in‑house platform!”
