Associate Client Success Manager – a role that works exclusively with our digital advertising partners. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve client performance and success and drive renewal.
To be successful, you need to have a deep understanding of the digital advertising space and client satisfaction, be detail-oriented, and have outstanding analytical skills. You will work closely with KAYAK's ad sales and commercial teams. You are a self-starter who enjoys being creative and can thrive in an agile, dynamic, and data-driven environment.
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
This role requires you to commute to our London office at least 3 times a week.
