Associate Client Success Manager – a role that works exclusively with our digital advertising partners. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve client performance and success and drive renewal.

To be successful, you need to have a deep understanding of the digital advertising space and client satisfaction, be detail-oriented, and have outstanding analytical skills. You will work closely with KAYAK's ad sales and commercial teams. You are a self-starter who enjoys being creative and can thrive in an agile, dynamic, and data-driven environment.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

This role requires you to commute to our London office at least 3 times a week.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the communication and relationships of advertising campaigns
  • Analytically track and optimise campaigns to best meet client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to build and maintain relationships with clients, which include ongoing strategic consultation and support
  • Provide optimisation recommendations and assist with deck creation
  • Clearly communicate the progress of campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work on several competing priorities, displaying critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
  • Native-level proficiency in Spanish and excellent skills of English
  • 3+ years of experience in managing digital advertising accounts, integrated marketing campaigns, and/or client-direct relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Solid understanding of the online media industry
  • Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media buying platforms, a plus
  • Good sense of humour and likes working in a fast-paced environment
