A leading financial services provider in the United Kingdom is looking for an Associate Change Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves managing change delivery plans and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and knowledge of change methodologies such as Lean and Agile. This opportunity runs from January 1st to December 30th, 2026.

Associate Change Managers lead continuous improvement via change initiation, design and delivery and are accountable for successful delivery of both Technology and Business change programmes and ensuring benefits are realised. They engage and influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners across HSBC. The role holder will lead the delivery of continuous improvement by proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget, and risks. They will use, where applicable, Lean, Agile, and other transformation methodologies in line with the corresponding Change framework.
They will assist business stakeholders with the breakdown of complex business requirements into problem statements and solutions that can be delivered by UK Change Execution via respective business and stakeholder backlogs. They will support the creation of change plans including managing resources and responsibilities, and they will establish effective change controls and procedures that appropriately manage and mitigate risks. They may also support Change Leads and Change Managers stages of the continuous improvement lifecycle to deliver larger or more complex changes.
This is a secondment opportunity running from 1st Jan until 30th Dec 2026
