The role involves building relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing multiple instructions, and mentoring junior team members. Ideal candidates will have strong skills in building consultancy and project management, with a proactive approach to client needs.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a member of an experienced Building Consultancy team, undertaking a wide range of responsibilities including contract and project work, as well as professional services such as TDD, dilapidations, and fire safety.

You will manage multiple building surveying instructions simultaneously for key clients, demonstrating your ability to work within set timelines and provide regular updates throughout the process.
Understanding client briefs and fulfilling their expectations are fundamental. Clients will rely on your professional advice and support on schedules of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, due diligence, development monitoring, defect diagnosis, fire safety advice, and schedules of condition reports.
