A leading UKAS accredited environmental consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Asbestos Surveyor for a long-term contract focused on residential projects in the HP postcode areas. This role entails conducting surveys, managing schedules, and ensuring timely submissions of reports. Candidates must have BOHS P402 qualification, a reliable vehicle, and their own surveying toolkit. The contract promises no travel into London, allowing for reduced travel time. Competitive rates are offered between £230 to £280 per day with additional expenses covered.

This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects concentrated exclusively in the HP postcode areas and the surrounding Home Counties. The geographically focused nature of the work ensures that your travel time will be significantly minimised, allowing you to focus on the surveying tasks at hand. And most importantly this is a contract where you will NOT be travelling into London.
