Qualifications

• Degree (and ideally a postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or related discipline.
• Working towards (or recently achieved) RTPI membership.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• A proactive and organised approach with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about shaping sustainable and well-designed places.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planning research, policy analysis, and site assessments.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.
• Draft planning statements, design and access statements, and other supporting documentation.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and consultants.
• Contribute to team discussions and help shape strategy on key projects.
