We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a prestigious global luxury footwear brand at their beautiful Chelsea store. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with a strong background in luxury retail, people management, and a client-focused, sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Assist in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing store team.
  • Help manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Contribute to setting and achieving store KPIs and commercial targets.
  • Support with operational duties such as stock management, staff rotas, disciplinaries, and performance reviews.
  • Play an active role in clientelling initiatives and fostering customer loyalty.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Previous management experience within luxury retail, ideally with experience opening new stores.
  • Proven ability in recruiting, training, and developing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive, and motivating approach.
  • Sales-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering a world-class client experience.
  • Comfortable handling operational processes including people management procedures.
  • Experience within a luxury footwear or fashion environment is a strong advantage.
