The role involves collaborating closely with the Site Manager and overseeing construction activities while ensuring strict adherence to health and safety standards and quality regulations. Candidates must possess proven experience in residential builds, along with SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications. A competitive salary of £45k-£55k plus a package is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential house building, preferably with a high-quality builder.
• Valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Site Manager to take ownership of build programmes.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to.
• Conform to building regulations and warranty providers' requirements.
• Assist with cost-effective production in line with budgets.
• Organize site meetings and ensure efficient resource usage.
• Update production/progress returns and send to the Contracts Manager.
