Qualifications

• Experience within the house building industry is essential.
• Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Current CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the construction site to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety inspections according to Group guidelines.
• Supervise workforce and subcontractors to maintain project standards.

Skills

Experience within the house building industry

Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation

Current CSCS Card

Understanding of NHBC or /LABC/Premier standards

Full UK Driving Licence

Education

Qualified to minimum NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision

SMSTS certification preferred
