A Leading and Award Winning Residential developer are looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a site in Oxfordshire.

The project consists of traditional apartments and they are looking for someone to support the Site Manager with the back end of the build.

Job Duties:

The Assistant Site Manager will assist the Site Manager with various tasks including coordinating subcontractors, monitoring the progress of construction activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards on site.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction processes, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in construction management would be advantageous.

Working Conditions:

The role involves working on a construction site, often in outdoor conditions. The Assistant Site Manager may be required to work irregular hours to meet project deadlines.
