A leading construction company in Bristol seeks a Construction Manager to oversee operations, ensuring timely and defect-free home deliveries. Responsibilities include method statement production, progress monitoring, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Required qualifications include NVQ in Construction Site Management and extensive construction experience. To ensure that the construction operation is managed in order to deliver, build on time, defect-free homes, within cost parameters, safely and to our customer satisfaction by possessing the necessary skills, knowledge, experience and behaviors. They will also hold the role of Designated Individual Principal Contractor in the Building Safety Act.
