A healthcare organization is seeking an Assistant Service Manager for Theatres and Pre-Assessment Services. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in operational management. The Theatres, Anaesthetics and Pre-Assessment Services are undergoing an exciting expansion: two new theatres are coming into service; robotics surgery is being introduced to the Trust; and an exciting transformation programme of work being rolled out across the perioperative services. The department is a support service, meaning we support all surgical teams and services within the SWNS division. Therefore, this post holder will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build a wide range of relationships in order to provide a great service. Theatres, Anaesthetics and Pre-Assessment Services are integral to the divisional operational, financial and RTT targets and we're looking for a high performing individual to join our team to help deliver against those targets.
