A Day in Your Neighbourhood

• Lead with energy : Support the Restaurant and Events Manager in overseeing the daily running of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, style, and guest experience at all times.
• Inspire the team : Motivate and guide the team to work as one, delivering efficient, friendly, and on‑brand service.
• Be present on the floor : Jump in during peak hours to lead from the front, resolve guest concerns, and ensure smooth service flow.
• Own the details : Support with stock management, team scheduling, compliance, SOP adherence, and upholding brand and hygiene standards.
• Bring ideas to life : Contribute to promotions, activations, and new concepts in collaboration with the wider Food & Drink and Marketing teams.
• Support performance goals : Help manage costs, drive upsell initiatives, and support the Restaurant Manager in meeting key targets.
