  • Lead the restaurant in the General Manager's absence.

  • Proactively solve operational challenges for smooth service.
Experience We Value
  • 2‑3+ years' experience as a manager in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and growing business.
  • Expert at organisation, prioritising, multi‑task and meeting tight set deadlines.
  • Commercially astute with experience of setting and delivering against targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Previous experience in similar role with good knowledge health & safety, food safety and employee relations matters.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem‑solving skills, being able to prioritise and show initiative.
  • Good organisational skills and computer literacy.
  • Ability to promote mutual respect and teamwork and develop teams.
