We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Reception Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Reception Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the front‑of‑house operations, ensuring the smooth flow of guest services, and contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the reception area, managing reservations and coordinating with the front‑of‑house team.
• Open Table experience.
• Assist in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest inquiries, providing information about the restaurant and assisting with special requests.
• Work closely with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions.
• Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.
• Support the Reception Manager in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or assistant manager role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle guest interactions with professionalism.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic administrative tasks.
