Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's Quantity Surveying experience.
• Background in refurbishment or fit-out beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost planning, measurement, and take-offs.
• Support procurement and issue enquiries.
• Help prepare valuations and applications for payment.
• Monitor costs, variations, and subcontract accounts.
• Attend site visits and progress meetings.
• Work closely with senior QSs for mentoring.
