Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Prestigious Development) | £25,000 – £35,000 + package | Permanent | Central London

A multi-faceted main contractor with over 30 years’ experience in the industry have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, working on a prestigious project in Canary Wharf.

The company covers a number of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial and educational for both public and private clients, from small residential developments to multi-million pound high-class new build and refurbishment contracts.

They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a long term, prestigious scheme in Canary Wharf, comprising a 20+ storey, RC frame, high spec residential development consisting of over 170 units. Reporting to the Project Surveyor, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be fully involved in all commercial aspects of the project.

Responsibilities

• Fully involved in all commercial aspects of the project, reporting to the Project Surveyor.

Qualifications

• Ideally Degree qualified or HND qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a reputable main contractor
• New build residential experience
• Career focused and driven to succeed
• Able to commute to Canary Wharf on a daily basis
