We’re recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier One construction team delivering a £25m distribution centre project in Aylesbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience on a major industrial scheme, working alongside an experienced Senior QS with clear support, mentoring, and progression.

What you’ll be doing :

• Supporting the commercial management of a £25m industrial project
• Assisting with subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
• Helping prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variations
• Working closely with site and operational teams

What we’re looking for :

• Degree / HND (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying
• Some experience in construction (placements or post‑grad welcome)
• Strong organisation, communication, and a proactive attitude
