We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in located in the Northwest London area.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial team in delivering cost‑effective, compliant, and high‑quality social housing projects, including planned maintenance, refurbishment, new‑build developments, and responsive repairs. The role involves assisting with cost control, contract administration, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting regulatory and client requirements.
