This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, high-performing construction specialist that genuinely invests in its people and offers clear long-term progression.

In this role, you will work closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors on residential remediation and façade projects, supporting procurement, cost control, valuations, and materials management. Initially, you will focus heavily on procurement and commercial support, with increasing responsibility as you develop. Full training, mentoring, and a proven development framework are in place, including support towards RICS for those who want it.

With that, the ideal candidate will have some exposure to quantity surveying or estimating within construction, along with strong organisational and numerical skills. Making this a great opportunity for someone keen to learn and progress.
