Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sheffield City Council's Sports, Leisure, and Events Team to support the delivery of the Leisure & Entertainment Review Delivery Programme. We are seeking a dynamic, driven, focused and extremely organised individual who can:

Responsibilities
  • Make a positive contribution by supporting the Team and Partners to deliver the Leisure & Entertainment Review Delivery Programme to the approved deadlines.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor consultants and officers' activities and feedback across the whole programme.
  • Be an excellent communicator who can engage with Officers, Partners and Stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Follow instructions as well as being a 'self-starter' around assigned tasks.
  • Co-ordinate GDPR compliant systems for collecting, collating, monitoring and presenting data in a variety of formats.
  • Provide support in monitoring programme finances and action logs relating to a number of workstreams.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
