Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in planning (consultancy, local authority, or developer background).
• Relevant RTPI-accredited degree or equivalent planning qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of the UK planning system.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications.

• Contribute to planning appeals and supporting documentation.
