What You’ll Do

The Assistant Nurse Manager works in close collaboration with the Medical Services Director to:

  • Support clinical, operational, and financial goals
  • Direct and evaluate patient care delivery
  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and improvement initiatives
  • Supervise and coach nursing staff and related care team members

You’ll play a critical role in leadership visibility, staff engagement, and patient experience.

Qualifications

Experience:

Education:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current RN license with the South Carolina Board of Nursing (or compact state)
  • Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association (required)
