A leading optical provider in Banbury is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Leader in delivering excellent customer service and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership and customer service, and will be responsible for driving team performance. As an Assistant Manager you will support your Store Leader to deliver excellent customer care and operational standards every day by connecting with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs. Working across both retail and pharmacy, you will lead and inspire your team by demonstrating your leadership skills on the shop floor, showcasing how to provide brilliant service and care.
