The Advertising & Creative Services Department sits within the Corporate Marketing Team and functions as an in‑house advertising agency that works with all the imprints of Simon & Schuster. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced and creative team to execute an array of advertising and marketing campaigns for titles across Simon & Schuster’s many imprints, including Children’s imprints. This role reports directly to the Director of Advertising & Digital Media. Tasks include:
Candidate should have three or more years of relevant experience. They should be exceptionally well‑organized, detail oriented, possess positive communication skills, and be able to work in a high‑volume environment while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and some self‑serve ad platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.) are a must. Knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Analytics), FileMaker, AirTable, Zoom, or PowerBI is beneficial. Experience with automated campaign tools, workflow automation platforms, or API‑based campaign setup is a plus.
This is a hybrid position with two days a week spent in the NYC office.
