A local government authority in the East Midlands is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to enhance the performance of its Sport and Leisure services. The ideal candidate will lead a team, oversee the efficient delivery of services, and ensure safety standards are met. Applicants should possess a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and demonstrate the drive to achieve challenging goals. This position offers a competitive salary and supportive work culture.
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Worker Type: Onsite Worker
Salary: Starting Salary is £36,363 (Level one) rising to £39,152 (Level four) per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, experienced individual that can join the team. Acting as an Assistant Manager within Sport and Leisure Service's, to improve the performance and delivery of leisure provision across the City. Being responsible for the leadership and management of colleagues to drive performance of the team and facilities delivering safe, efficient and effective facilities under the control of the Assistant Manager.
