JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager, Data Management Reporting and Automation
SALARY: £43,803 - £48,670
LOCATION(S): Bristol, Leeds, Halifax
HOURS: Full-time - 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
As an Assistant Manager in Data Management Reporting and Automation, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our automation and reporting capabilities. Working closely with colleagues and supporting the Manager, you will help enhance data management processes through scalable reporting solutions, embed automation into workflows, and ensure alignment with the Group’s Data & AI Strategy.
This role sits within the Data Management team, part of our Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO). Guided by a clear Data & AI Strategy, Data Management is a key pillar of our vision for LBG to lead the market in modern, effective approaches to managing data—championing federated models and automation of controls.
The Data Management AI, Automation and Reporting team drives the integration of artificial intelligence and automation into data management practices. Our mission is to deliver predictive insights, optimise and automate reporting processes, and embed ethical innovation—creating scalable, trusted data solutions aligned with CDAO and Group-wide Data and Technology objectives.
