Overview

We are an essential service with job security and opportunities for growth. This role is full-time with daytime shifts and a six-week paid training program. No management experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk, confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments; maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily; perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure units are clean, properly locked and rent-ready.
  • Travel between locations within a reasonable distance; access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
  • Demonstrate strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Qualifications
  • Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).
  • Customer service experience (2 years preferred).
  • Sales experience (2 years preferred).
  • Driving licence (required).
